Oversight
Role-based overviews, an action inbox, cost control against budget and tracking for every order.
Case study · Web application & website
Build Flow is a construction site management web application designed by Paradox for Moroccan construction businesses. It brings purchasing, site tracking, teams and finance into one tool, with a bilingual product website to introduce it.

On a construction site, a need moves from the site to purchasing, then to the supplier, delivery and payment. When those steps live in separate files, messages and paperwork, it becomes hard to know where an order stands, what was delivered and what is still to be paid.
Build Flow starts from that journey: 100 bags of cement requested on site should remain one connected record, from request to payment.
Role-based overviews, an action inbox, cost control against budget and tracking for every order.
Purchase requests, purchase orders, deliveries with supplier slip scanning, invoices and payments linked to approved deliveries.
Stock and consumption, tasks and milestones, daily reports with photos, equipment and fuel, quotes, measurements and progress statements.
Attendance and payroll, employee records and CNSS information, messages and project channels.
Site cash, trade worksheets, documents and deadlines, configurable projects, roles and access.
Management, works managers, site supervisors, purchasing and finance each see the actions and documents that concern them.
Request, order, delivery and invoice stay linked, so a purchase can be followed without re-entering the same information.
Information entered on site reaches the office, and approvals follow each person’s role.
The bilingual Build Flow website explains the modules, roles and purchasing journey, with illustrative previews and a demo request prepared for WhatsApp.
