The need.
A rental agency needs to know every day which car is available, booked, rented or off the road, avoid double bookings and keep track of payments, damage and maintenance without losing information between the counter and the accounts.
Budglet brings those steps into one tool that works on phone, tablet or computer.
What we built.
Check-out & contract
Customer checks, scanned documents in the file, condition and fuel at departure, contract signed on the customer’s phone.
Return & payments
Damage, delays and fuel recorded on return; payments by cash, card or transfer, with cash and bank kept up to date.
Damage & maintenance
Damage files with photos and insurance claims, reminders for oil changes, inspections and insurance.
Reports & roles
Revenue, expenses and net result by car and customer; manager, administrator and agent roles.

The counter without the accounts
Agents work at the counter without access to accounting, which stays with the relevant roles.
